01Who we are

reppzy is made by one developer, zxro, based in India. “We” means them, “you” means you. Questions? Email rezonatex.help@gmail.com or DM @logsbyzxro on X.

02Your licence

Downloading reppzy is free. Using it needs a licence, which you buy once. It's yours for as long as reppzy runs, with every update included. There's no subscription.

• One licence belongs to one account, and that account can be signed in on one device at a time.
• It's for you. Please don't share, resell or transfer it, or try to get around how the app checks it.
• Don't redistribute the installer. Link to this website instead.

03Buying

Checkout is run by Dodo Payments, who sell reppzy to you as the merchant of record. They take the payment, add any sales tax or VAT your country charges, and send your receipt. Their terms apply to the payment itself.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees, euros or British pounds if you're in a country that uses them, and in US dollars everywhere else. The first 50 licences cost $9₹899€9£9 (the early-bird price), and $20₹1,999€20£20 after that. Prices don't include tax, which is added at checkout. The price you pay is the price you see at checkout.

04Refunds

All sales are final: download reppzy and try the app before you buy. We only refund billing mistakes, like being charged twice or never getting a working key, and anything your local consumer law requires. The refund policy has the details and how to ask.

05The app

reppzy runs on Windows today. When the Mac app comes out, your licence works on it too, at no extra cost. The app updates itself: it downloads new versions in the background and installs them when you restart it. If a version gets too old to work safely with your data, it will ask you to update before it syncs again.

Features may change as reppzy grows. We won't take away what you paid for without telling you why.

06Your account

• You sign in with GitHub or Google. Keep that account secure; what happens on it is on you.
• You need to be 18 or over.
• One person per account.
• Your Name#TAG can't impersonate someone or be offensive. We may change one that is.

07Fair use

Don't attack, overload or probe the service, scrape it, or use it to break the law. Faking your own reps only cheats you, but don't tamper with the app or its data to mislead anyone else.

08Your health

reppzy reminds you to move. It isn't medical or fitness advice. Pick activities that suit your body, and stop if something hurts. You exercise at your own risk.

09Ending things

You can have your account deleted whenever you like: email or message us and it's done within 30 days. Your licence stays with your purchase email, so signing in again with it brings the licence back. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why.

10No warranty

reppzy is provided as it is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it, or from not being able to, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for it.

11Changes and law

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and anything significant gets a post in the Logs. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing here takes away rights your local consumer law gives you.
