Refund policy

01All sales are final

A reppzy licence is a one-time purchase of digital software, delivered straight away as a licence key by email. Because of that, we don't offer refunds for a change of mind, for not using the app, or for buying by accident and then redeeming the key.

Downloading reppzy is free, so please download it and look around before you buy. That's the best way to know it's for you.

02When we do refund

We'll give you a full refund if:

• You were charged more than once for the same licence.
• You paid but never got a licence key, and we can't get one to you.
• Your key doesn't work and we can't fix it for you.
• Your local consumer law gives you a right to a refund.

03How to ask

Email rezonatex.help@gmail.com or DM @logsbyzxro on X within 30 days of buying. Tell us the email you bought with, your order number from the receipt, and what went wrong. We'll reply within 3 working days.

Checkout is run by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, so they send the refund back to the card or account you paid with. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 working days to show up.

04What happens to your licence

A refunded licence key stops working, and the app on your account goes back to needing a licence. Your session history stays in your account. You can buy again whenever you like.

05Chargebacks

If something's wrong, please talk to us first. Most problems are quick to sort out. Opening a dispute with your bank means we may switch your licence key off while the dispute is open, and for good if the money goes back to you.

06Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too, and anything significant gets a post in the Logs. A purchase is covered by the policy as it was on the day you bought. This policy is part of our terms of use.
