Privacy policy
Last updated Applies to the reppzy website and desktop appThe short version
- We keep what the app needs: your account, your sessions and breaks, your licence.
- No camera, no microphone, and never what you type. Only how long since you last did.
- Payments go through Dodo Payments. We never see your card.
- No ads, no tracking cookies, no selling data. Ask, and we'll delete it.
01Who we are
reppzy is made by one developer, zxro, based in India. “We” in this policy means them. For anything about your data, email rezonatex.help@gmail.com or DM @logsbyzxro on X.
02What we collect
On the website
- Request logs. Our host, Cloudflare, briefly records requests: IP address, browser and time.
When you buy
- Your purchase: the email you paid with, the order number, what you bought, the price, the currency, and whether it was refunded. It's linked to your account when you sign in with the same email.
- Your card details go to Dodo Payments, who run the checkout. We never see or store them.
In the app, synced to your account
- Your account: your email and the profile GitHub or Google shares when you sign in (such as your name, username and profile picture link), your Name#TAG, and sign-in records, which include your IP address.
- Your licence: which device your account is signed in on, so a licence is used on one device at a time.
- Your sessions: when they start and end, and the stretches you were actually at the computer.
- Your breaks: when each was due and resolved, the activity, reps, skips, snoozes, and how many “Done” presses were refused because you hadn't stepped away.
- Your activities and settings: the activity names and amounts you set, and your app preferences.
In the app, kept on your computer
- Idle time. Once a second, the app asks your system how long since the mouse or keyboard was last used. That's how it pauses your timer when you step away and checks you moved during a break. Only the results above are synced, never the idle readings.
- Your local copy of everything above, so the app works offline.
- Your sign-in, stored in Windows Credential Manager.
- Log files about what the app did and what went wrong, capped at a few megabytes. They're never sent anywhere unless you send them to us.
03What we don't
No camera or microphone. No keystroke contents, screenshots, or which apps or sites you use. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing the site stores in your browser is your light or dark theme.
04How it's used
To run the app, check your licence, sync your data, show your stats, handle purchases and refunds, and keep the service secure. Nothing else, and we never sell it.
05Who else handles it
- Supabase: our database and sign-in.
- Cloudflare: website hosting.
- Dodo Payments: checkout, payment, tax and refunds. They sell reppzy to you on our behalf, so they keep their own records under their privacy policy.
- GitHub and Google: sign-in, whichever you choose.
- GitHub: hosts the installer and app updates. Downloading reppzy, and the app checking for updates every few hours, means GitHub sees your IP address.
These services may process data outside India, including in the United States.
06How long we keep it
- Account data: until you delete it or ask us to.
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after your account is deleted.
- Request logs and sign-in records: as long as Cloudflare and Supabase keep them, usually days to weeks.
- Data on your computer: until you uninstall the app and choose to delete its data.
07Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, or have it deleted, either your history or your whole account. Email or message us and we'll do it within 30 days. Purchase records we must keep by law are the exception.
You can also export your sessions and breaks as CSV any time, from Settings in the app. When history is deleted, it's wiped from our servers and from every device you're signed in on.
08Age
reppzy is for people 18 and over. If you think someone younger has given us their data, message us and we'll delete it.
09Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too, and anything significant gets a post in the Logs.
